Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you want to return an order, you have seven (7) business days upon receipt of the item(s) to initiate the return to the nearest branches of our third-party courier service. Table 1 below provides the specific guidelines. You have to submit a Return Form to request for Return and/or Refund. 


It is to be noted that the return due to damaged packaging, wrong shipment, or mishandled items, shall be in a manner that the subject item(s) are in a good condition – NEITHER WORN NOR DAMAGED, with its ORIGINAL, UNOPENED MANUFACTURER’S PACKAGING. The ORIGINAL INVOICE and the RETURN FORM must be included in the parcel. Once the returned items passed the Nanoecart.com Quality Control, the return will be processed. Otherwise, you will be notified right away.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Merchant must detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly on the Website to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities

The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The product is tampered.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Once the Nanoecart.com Quality Control approves the validity of the item(s) subject of the return, they will be processed within 5 business days. If the return is held invalid, the customer will be notified right away and the item(s) will be sent back to him/her.

CONDITION OF RETURN BASED ON PRODUCT CATEGORY

Item(s) subject of Return shall comply with the conditions listed below. Refund and replacement warrants compliance thereto. Shipping fees are not subject to refund.

Mobiles & Tablets

Mobiles & Tablets must be returned in the same condition and complete package as received. Seven (7) days upon receipt.

Consumer Electronics

Consumer Electronics must be returned in the same condition and complete package as received. Seven (7) days upon receipt.

Appliances

Small Appliances must be returned in the same condition and complete package as received. Seven (7) days upon receipt. However, Big Appliances may not be returned depending on the condition of the item/s. You may contact the manufacturer for any defect or damaged item/s.

Home and Living


Home and Living items must be returned in the same condition and complete package as received. Seven (7) days upon receipt.

REFUND POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Once the Return and Refund requests are approved, we will process the refund based on your preferred mode of refund. Refunds via Credit Card, Bank Deposit, and Remittance may take 7-15 business days, while refund via Store Credit/Gift Certificate may take 2-3 business days.

We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.

All costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider shall be borne by us.

All refunds are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the Product.

Bank Fees

For orders with payments that have incurred a certain bank fee, as a company policy, Nanoecart.com may not issue refund of the amount of the bank fee to the customer.
